Shipping Policy COVID-19 has impacted our business and we are working hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery times may be delayed due to the pandemic and the resulting impact on DHL and USPS. Shipment Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 business days and then shipped out. The delivery time frame may vary depending on the shipping destination, but typical estimates are as follows: - USA: 3-4 business days - Europe: 6-8 business days - Australia: 2-14 business days - Japan: 4-8 business days - International: 10-20 business days Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will reach out to you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order. For international orders, there may be additional customs and tax fees assessed by your local customs office. These are out of our control and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. If you need to get in touch with us regarding the status of your shipment, please: - Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address - Contact your local post office to see if the package has been delivered - Check with your neighbors, as the courier may have left the package with them If you still need assistance, please contact us at d.rugszculture@gmail.com with your order number. If you need a replacement order due to a mistake in the delivery address, shipping costs will be at your own expense. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has international facilities to fulfill orders efficiently. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If the product you received is damaged, please contact us within one week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
